My stay at Okura was simply amazing. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a breathtaking view of Hamamatsu and Mt. Fuji. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Hamamatsu JR Station. The spacious room and clean bathroom were perfect for my stay. The convenience of the walkway connecting to the station shopping area and the Museum of Musical Instruments was an added bonus. The breakfast buffet, though with a limited choice, provided fresh and delicious food. The friendly service and impeccable view really made my stay memorable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the soft pillows and limited breakfast options, I would highly recommend Okura. I had a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay in Hamamatsu. Being right beside the train station made it so convenient for exploring the city and also for taking a day trip to Tokyo. The view from the hotel's viewing platform was breathtaking, even though we couldn't see Mt Fuji due to the clouds. The rooms were spacious and modern, a nice change from the typical Japanese hotel. The free WiFi was a bonus and the staff provided great service throughout our stay.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and accommodating, allowing us both early check-in and late check-out. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right by the Hamamatsu train station, made it convenient for us to explore the city and easily find places to eat and go shopping.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with lots of lively nightlife options nearby. the hotel also offered a swimming pool, sauna, and bath with a stunning view on the 25th floor, which was a great way to relax.

Some of the front desk staff had difficulty understanding requests, which was frustrating. There were also limited English language communication options, which made it challenging to convey specific preferences.

We were amazed by the breathtaking view from our room at Okura. The city skyline was an absolute delight to behold, and we couldn't tear ourselves away from the window. It made our entire stay truly special. I highly recommend this hotel for its spectacular view.

I was amazed by the breathtaking views from my room on the 41st floor. I could see Mt Fuji and even watched a stunning sunset and fireworks over the city. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed. The buffet dinner and breakfast at Figaro restaurant were delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel's location near the station and shopping mall was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great views and pleasant stay experience.

Amazing view: unbeatable. Swimming pool, sauna, and especially the bath with a view on the 25th floor. Great, lively night life in the central location. BBC tv channel and English language newspaper delivered to door in the morning. Free Wifi. Convenient 20 minute city bus ride to the beach for a picnic. Good choice of restaurants within the building.

The cost for the pool/sauna/bath was a bit steep. Although located in upper floors, you can still hear the trains passing below from your room.
