the resort is spotless - just a stone's throw from dot spot and the family gondola in grand hirafu. the onsens are heaven - with indoor and outdoor baths. don't miss the relaxing massages. their service linking you with ski gear rental is top-notch.

The location was inconvenient, and it was difficult to get to the slopes without a shuttle service. the surrounding restaurants were not as good as expected, and the food at the hotel's cigar bar was not satisfying.

The views, the friendly and helpful staff, the Onsen, and the spacious apartment were all great for a family with 2 small kids.
