Location is convenient, just off the highway with easy access. Milton lake is nearby and provides an unbelievable great view. The pet-friendly rooms are laid out differently, spacious and comfortable.

The lobby coffee shop doesn't stay open late and has limited options.

Amazing customer service. When I had a mishap, Jasmine and Laura went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina from the banquet side was also extremely helpful and made our events a success. The hotel staff truly cares about their patrons. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the convenience of parking, as we were on a cross-country drive. Plus, the location was perfect for us, as it was close to a Starbucks and Freddie's Frozen Custard, ideal for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the road. The staff was exceptional, providing us with excellent service. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, from quickly addressing a leak in our first room to promptly retrieving and shipping back the clothes we left behind. We couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality and attentiveness.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I was impressed with the quality of the shower towels. Despite a small issue with my initial room, the staff quickly resolved the problem and provided excellent service. They even went above and beyond by retrieving my forgotten camera battery and mailing my misplaced clothes. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, I loved the enclosed courtyard, which allowed my dog to run freely.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I was pleased with the complimentary coffee and tea each morning. the hotel was situated in a convenient location, close to shopping centers and local restaurants. One of the amenities I enjoyed was the gym, which was well-equipped.

The walls of the hotel were thin, and I could hear my neighbors at times. the elevator was slow, and I had to wait for extended periods to go up or down.
