There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, right beside Panaca's Park, making it very convenient for us to visit and enjoy all the activities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from housekeeping to laundry to airport shuttle, they took care of everything with a smile. The room amenities were great, with comfortable air conditioning and a cozy sitting area. We also loved the dining options available, including the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar. The staff, including the manager, were always friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The location, service, and facilities provided here were truly top-notch.

The attention of the staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and parks. Additionally, the food at the buffet was varied and delicious, offering a good selection for all tastes.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, as it could get quite warm during the day. Also, it would have been nice to have free WiFi available throughout the hotel.

The nature activities for kids include milking cows, collecting eggs, and feeding animals. There is a nearby park with animal shows. The food and service are excellent, offering a variety of options. The rustic bedrooms are comfortable. it's a great place for families with kids.

The hotel had an amazing variety of food options and the staff was very attentive. the cleanliness of the rooms and the premises was remarkable. the hotel also had entertaining activities for kids. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding nature and landscapes. the vibrant gardens full of colorful flowers and trees provided an amazing view.

There was no customer service at the front desk. the entire check-in process was stressful and time-consuming, which ruined our Thanksgiving holiday mood.

A Charming Escape

My recent stay at Decameron was truly delightful. The resort offers a charming and rustic atmosphere, nestled in the heart of Colombia's coffee-growing region. The natural surroundings were breathtaking, with an abundance of wildlife and beautiful scenery.

Great family activities, milked cows, fed animals, fresh eggs, good entertainment, nice pool.

Felt very welcome, no complaints

We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, right next to a famous park where we enjoyed animal shows and had plenty of farm fun. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The room was rustic yet comfortable, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind. The hotel's leisure facilities were top-notch, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool. The live entertainment and karaoke added a fun touch to our evenings. We also loved the variety of dining options, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a snack bar. the quality of service and comfort provided here were truly exceptional.

Recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a great Christmas holiday at this hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to an amazing park where my kids had a blast. They loved the fact that we could easily access the park from the hotel. the food was decent, and there was a good variety of options available. the best part was that everything was included in the price we paid. Additionally, the villas were impressive, with spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private pool. It was a fantastic place to relax and unwind.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. First, the schedules for meals were very strict, and we had to eat at the same place and at the same time every day.

Great place to go with kids! We stayed at Decameron in Quimbaya for a few days and had a fantastic time. The kids loved milking cows, feeding piglets, and getting fresh eggs for breakfast. The swimming pool was also a hit. The attached Panaca park was a bonus, with impressive animal shows. The buffet and a la carte restaurants had delicious food, but be sure to book a table early. a wonderful experience for families.
