I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, as it's situated in a quiet residential area just steps away from the train station. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They even helped me with directions and walked me to the shuttle bus, which was a great convenience. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a good shower, and fast wifi. I also appreciated the various services offered, such as room service and laundry facilities.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed here during the Easter holiday and managed to snag a good deal. Loved the fact that the room was spacious and came with a small fridge and electric kettle. The view from the higher floors was quite nice, with a glimpse of the city skyline. The shuttle service to and from the train station saved a lot of trouble and time trying to navigate the area.

The hotel was quite far from any major attractions, and the surrounding neighborhood was not very pleasant. The carpet and walls had noticeable stains, perhaps indicating a need for a thorough cleaning or renovation.

Efficient staff, excellent bus shuttle, comfortable rooms, hot water, good location near Shin-Osaka station.
