We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well equipped with breathtaking views of the city. The location of the hotel, right over a shopping mall and connected to a major train station, made it convenient to explore the city and visit popular attractions like Dotonbori and Umeda. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including vegetarian choices. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at the tallest hotel in Osaka for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The views from every floor were breathtaking, and the comfortable and well-designed rooms made for a perfect stay. The hotel's location above a shopping center made it convenient for shopping and dining. Plus, it's just a short walk away from popular attractions and a major subway station. The included observatory with 360-degree views was a fantastic bonus. The friendly concierge provided great recommendations for dining options. I had a wonderful time at this top-of-the-line hotel.

Excellent location, just a short walk from Tennoji station. The room we stayed in on the 57th floor had the most incredible view. The spacious room and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable. The hotel even surprised me with a birthday bear as a welcome gift. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

As women travelling alone, we loved the convenient location near Tennoji subway station. Direct access from Kansai airport by JR and just a 5-minute walk underground to the hotel. The corner room on the 42nd floor had the most spectacular view we've ever seen from a hotel. The bath with a view of Osaka at night was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and delicious food. We definitely recommend and would love to go back!

I recently had a 7-night stay at Osaka Marriott and it was exceptional. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Chan, went above and beyond to assist me when I lost money while shopping. The facilities were state-of-the-art, the location was prime, and the view from my 45th-floor room was breathtaking. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower head and a relaxing salt bath. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near Tennoji station. a perfect stay!

The hotel staff went above and beyond during the typhoon, providing daily updates and complimentary international calls for insurance purposes. The helpfulness and understanding of the staff made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had excellent service. The complimentary ticket to the observation deck was a nice surprise. The Club Lounge offered limited but delicious and healthy food choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would love to come back in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus stop for the airport bus, which was about a 5-10 minute walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city from the large windows. The bathroom was well-equipped and the shower head provided a strong water pressure for a relaxing hydro massage.

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of delicious food. the hotel was very conveniently located near public transportation and a popular shopping center. the hotel's gym was very well equipped and made working out easy and enjoyable.

The hotel staff seemed to be a bit condescending and unwelcoming towards guests who didn't seem to fit their idea of a typical high-end hotel guest. the additional fees and charges for seemingly basic services or amenities were quite steep and not well communicated beforehand.

my stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. the view from my room was breathtaking, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying all the amenities nearby. i can't wait to go back to Osaka and experience the Marriott hospitality again.

The value for money was great and the room was like sleeping in a cloud. The location was convenient with a train station and malls nearby. The staff, especially Tomoko the concierge, went above and beyond to take care of us.

The fact that there were plenty of shopping and dining options nearby was also a great bonus.

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly or helpful. When I had an issue with my credit card during check-in, they were not willing to assist or offer any solutions.

The building itself was self-contained, with shops and restaurants conveniently located within it. The view from the hotel, especially from the Deluxe rooms, was absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with great beds and new decor. The staff were excellent, providing top-notch service. The restaurant selection on the 13th and 14th floor was fantastic, and the breakfast venue on the 19th floor provided excellent views.
