The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us with directions and even helping us with our luggage. we highly recommend Piazza Hotel for a great stay in Nara.

The hotel was in close proximity to the train station and other transportation, making it very convenient for my business trip. the quality amenities and comfortable bedding offered made for a comfortable stay. the complimentary toiletries and breakfast selection were two added bonuses.

The signage for the lobby could have been better, as it took a bit of wandering to find it. there were a few extremely small rooms with no windows offered on the upper floor, which were not ideal for a multi-day stay.

There are also several dining options, convenience stores, and a supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient. the staff was fantastic, providing helpful directions and assistance with bus tickets and luggage storage. Plus, they spoke excellent English, which made communication a breeze.

The hotel staff seemed unwilling to address the issue at first, but after some persistence, they finally intervened. However, once the staff got involved, the situation improved.
