Additionally, the hotel offered comfortable rooms with clean and new bathrooms. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

One downside was that the hotel was located next to a bus station and on a busy street, which meant there was a lot of noise from cars, buses, and trucks passing by during the night and early morning. This made it difficult to keep the window open for fresh air, as the noise disrupted sleep.

Additionally, the elderly lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. She even allowed us to park our car for free for a few extra hours after we checked out. The younger lady with blonde hair at the reception and food area was also very friendly and provided excellent service with a smile.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning on a hot day and some noise from the street, the overall experience at Hotel Zurigo Downtown was highly enjoyable. Secondly, the location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center and conveniently positioned in front of a bus station. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and get around. Lastly, the rooms were well-maintained and kept clean, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was of good quality with a nice assortment of options to choose from. I found this hotel to be a great value for money, with good basic amenities and a convenient location.
