We had a great stay at this place! The staff warmly welcomed us and helped us with our bags. They even stored our luggage until the evening while we explored the city. When we returned, we were treated to a delicious warm citrus drink in the relaxation area. We also had the opportunity to try on traditional kimonos and take photos with our family, which was so much fun. The room was clean and comfortable, and the onsite breakfast and restaurants were great. We really appreciate the fantastic services provided by the staff here. Thank you so much to all!

The staff were very kind and helpful, offering us a warm welcome drink upon our arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a stunning view of the skyscrapers across the river. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a large TV and reliable Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and had fun trying on the traditional kimonos in the Japan culture room. this place provides enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a perfect choice for families.

Had a great Easter break! the room was huge with plenty of room for our family of four and luggage. the staff were super friendly and even gave us a map and advice on the best places to eat nearby. the breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of food to choose from.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center, but we found out that the train station was just around the corner and it was easy to get into town. we didn't realize when we booked that the hotel was located in a red-light district, so we didn't feel comfortable strolling around the neighborhood at night.

The room was cozy and clean, complete with a luxurious pod bathroom and a warm toilet seat - a delightful touch. The breakfast spread was a delightful mix of cuisines, including unique options like octopus balls and fried sand eels. Conveniently located near the railway and plenty of dining options. I highly recommend Plaza for a delightful and memorable experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to various attractions that we visited via train. The rooms were comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of facilities such as a swimming pool and shiatsu massage, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room at Plaza was spacious enough for all our luggage and had a lovely view of the city. We were impressed with the printed photo that pointed out all the landmarks. The Chinese restaurant was amazing in terms of food, price, and service. The breakfast was also reasonably priced and satisfying. The WiFi was great, making it easy to stay connected. The location, although not the most convenient, was just a short taxi ride away from Osaka or Shin Osaka station. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, delicious dining options, and reasonable prices.

The check-in process at the hotel was a pleasant surprise. We were warmly welcomed and seated in a cozy area where we were offered refreshing yuzu tea and delicious senbei crackers. the staff kindly offered us the opportunity to take photos wearing traditional kimonos, adding a touch of authenticity to our stay. The location of the hotel was also great, away from the busy downtown area, yet still convenient to reach attractions in the city.

One downside was the lack of soundproofing in the walls and ceilings of the hotel rooms, which allowed us to hear noises from neighboring rooms, especially from upstairs.
