The warm welcome and efficient luggage storage at Challis Potts Point set a positive tone for our stay. The delightful room with a comfortable bed, complimentary tea and coffee, and a delicious fruit and nut mix made us feel at home. The bathroom was adequate with good quality amenities and plenty of towels. The location was great, centrally placed in Potts Pt, close to restaurants, shops, and a supermarket for snacks. The proximity to King's Cross railway station, just a 10-minute walk away, was convenient. it was a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is close to a subway station, which makes it convenient to explore the city. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, providing great dining options. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk to Kings Cross station, making it easy to access other parts of the city.

I also appreciated having access to laundry facilities.

Had a great weekend staying in a hotel near plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Loved the complementary breakfast and the fact that there was a gym available for use. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions.

The airport shuttle was delayed for an hour which was quite inconvenient. noise from outside could be heard quite easily at night, which could be a bit disturbing for light sleepers.

This hotel is located in a trendy neighbourhood close to the city, making it so centrally located to everything we wanted to do in the Sydney area. We loved the beautiful building and the rooms with a balcony overlooking Challis Ave with excellent air-con, perfect for a hot night. Additionally, the breakfast included was great as it had all the necessities.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and upgraded us to a spacious room with a balcony. The cleanliness and comfort were exceptional, especially after weeks of backpacking. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful botanic gardens and a short 25-minute journey to the iconic opera house. The whole vibe of the hotel was charming and reminiscent of Paris or Chelsea/London.

We stayed in a hotel in a convenient location near the train station. The staff treated us well and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had ample hot water with towels changed daily. Plus, there was a café close by that served good breakfast and coffee.

The hotel did not meet health and safety obligations, and there was no support available when we had a party next door that kept us up until 3am.
