The breakfast was fabulous-a great choice of food, very tasty continental and Asian dishes 🥢, but be prepared for a potential wait if you go during peak hours. The staff were always helpful and spoke English well.

The fridge didn’t seem to keep items very cold, and the laundry facilities were a bit limited with fewer machines than expected.

My journey from doubt to delight

The location is amazing, just steps from the metro and surrounded by fantastic dining options. The buffet breakfast is a true delight with a mix of European and Japanese choices. Loved the cleanliness and the staff's friendliness.

The rooms can feel cramped, especially for storing luggage, and I encountered some noise from the street during my stay. A minor hiccup, but it did interrupt my evening relaxation.

Super clean rooms and the staff were incredibly polite. the complimentary drinks in the premier room were a nice touch. Plus, having a fridge made it easy to store snacks. The breakfast selection was top-notch and offered a variety of choices!

the location of premier hotel cabin president is unbeatable with three subway lines just below the hotel. the bakery downstairs serves amazing coffee and pastries for a quick breakfast. the staff went above and beyond to help me with luggage forwarding to my tokyo hotel, which made my trip much easier. also, the amenities in the lobby were fantastic and made my stay enjoyable.

the only downside was some noise from the street, which might disturb light sleepers.

This place is right next to the train station, super handy for exploring Osaka! Loved the spacious room and how clean everything was. The bakery in the lobby was a sweet surprise, got some amazing pastries for breakfast. Only thing was the occasional street noise that crept in at night.
