Absolutely loved my stay! ! So spacious and modern, such a delightful breakfast buffet.

The room exceeded our expectations in size, providing ample space for our family. The breakfast buffet was diverse and satisfying, catering perfectly to both our tastes and our toddler's whims. Plus, the proximity to the aquarium added a fun, spontaneous twist to our adventure!

While the overall stay was enjoyable, we encountered some hiccups. The parking was inconveniently located in a different hotel, which made our arrival a bit chaotic with luggage. Additionally, some staff members struggled with basic English, which posed challenges in communication.

While the room size was impressive, we encountered significant issues. The lack of English-speaking staff led to frustrating misunderstandings, especially when I needed assistance with local directions. Additionally, the distance from the main attractions was inconvenient, requiring lengthy walks or taxis that quickly added up in cost. There were moments when it felt isolating being so far from the heart of Osaka.

i almost thought this hotel would be decent, but alas! the aircon control is broken, and the staff are so insistent on cleaning, it’s unbearable. where’s my welcoming gift to offset the discomfort? at this rate, they should just make a sign to say ‘come in, we clean regardless’. you'll leave wishing you had better options.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with excellent breakfast variety that included fruits and pastries, and just a 10-minute walk to the Cosmosquare station made exploring the area very convenient.

Our family stayed for four nights in a spacious room that felt like home. The breakfast was a delightful buffet with many choices, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. It truly made our stay memorable!

this hotel was great, the rooms were huge and super comfy, really felt like an apartment. staff were always nice and helpful, like they actually cared. the breakfast had a good variety, and the views from the window were awesome. it’s a quiet spot which is nice if you wanna relax. There are some nice restaurants and a mall like a 5 min walk away. totally would stay again!

but the parking was not at the hotel, which was super inconvenient. everything else was awesome, like the massive room size that felt like home. the staff were really helpful too, especially when I needed info on local knife makers. plus, the breakfast buffet had a great variety, it was really satisfying!

The room was super spacious with a mini refrigerator and flat screen TV. A neat little store for drinks on-site. A five-minute walk to Nakafuto Station was a breeze, making it easy to hop on the train. There’s even a handy phone provided for guests—a nice touch! Overall, just a chill place for families.

My corner suite was incredibly spacious, way more room than I bargained for! Loved the comfy beds and the breakfast spread was to die for!

But honestly, the air conditioning had ideas of its own. I guess it just wanted to keep me on my toes!

this hotel is actually super nice! rooms are huge and feel like mini apartments. the staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety. the views from the hotel are awesome too. it’s not too far from some nice restaurants and a mall, just a quick walk away!

but the restaurant hours are kinda weird and they don't open until lunch. also, the shuttle bus timings could be better, missed out on the parade because of it.
