quintessa hotel osaka bay was a fantastic choice for my longer stay in osaka. the spacious and tidy rooms, along with the free shuttle service to universal studios and osaka station, made my trip convenient and enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast and fast wifi were also highlights. exceeded my expectations!

Big rooms. Nice view. Shuttle service. Good toilet amenities. Quiet location. Close to subway/tram. Absolutely nothing.

We had a very cozy stay with spacious rooms that were well fitted and clean. the bathroom was perfect, and we really loved it. the breakfast was just amazing and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were awesome and extremely attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the room at the Quintessa was incredibly spacious and much larger than other hotels we've experienced in Japan. the modern and clean design of the hotel gave it a fresh and inviting feel. Our room had a luxurious bathroom with a spa tub and a relaxing waterfall shower, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Osaka. the free shuttle bus service was a huge convenience, taking us to popular attractions like the Aquarium, Dotonburi, Universal Studios Park, and Osaka Station. the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, despite the language barrier. we were impressed with the comfort, modernity, and excellent service at the Quintessa Hotel Osaka Bay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us when we made a mistake with our reservation. They even provided us with a room that was spacious and clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the highlight was definitely the amazing shower. the hotel provided a free shuttle bus that made it easy to get to popular attractions like USJ and JR Osaka Station. the staff also made an effort to communicate in English whenever possible, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel room was huge and luxurious. Super quiet and relaxing at night. Free shuttlebus to USJ and JR Osaka Station. Access to a lounge with fruit wines and Tio Pepe. Helpful and nice staff.

Nothing not to love.

The location is ideal for marathon runners, with a short 5-minute walk to the subway and close proximity to the marathon finish point. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodation and convenient amenities.

We had a wonderful stay in a spacious and comfortable room at a hotel with a great location near the harbor. The hotel was situated in a quiet neighborhood and offered a nice view of the ocean. We appreciated the friendly staff who provided excellent service, especially the attentive restaurant staff who spoke multiple languages. They provided shuttle buses from early morning until late night, making it easy for us to reach USJ. They even upgraded us to a luxurious suite, which had a wonderful room, comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. the view from our room of the harbor was also lovely. We also appreciated the complimentary drink ticket for the bar and the facial care packs for women.

The location of this hotel might be a bit far from the city center and the nearest underground station. However, this is easily overcome by utilizing the convenient shuttle service provided by the hotel.
