The hotel feels neglected!!! Worn walls, old-looking pool, dingy hot tub, dirty lobby with unclean tables, lack of available staff for supplies, and poor communication about housekeeping credits!!!

I had a lovely stay at the Lake House At High Peaks Resort, which offers a superb location with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The spacious rooms provided comfortable accommodations, and I appreciated the easy access to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions.

The bathrooms were a bit small.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offered a comfortable stay, but the value for the price was lacking, especially with noise from other guests. Great for couples seeking a scenic getaway, but improvements in noise management are needed.

The room was tiny and definitely not clean. there was hair in the shower. the pool was closed with no warning, and I expected some sort of complimentary drink or something for the inconvenience, but that didn’t happen. absoluteley disgraceful treatment for the price we paid. I almost nearly gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location was absolutely unbeatable, with stunning views of the lake. I loved the ease of access to local shops and restaurants, perfect for our family outings.

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. We encountered issues with the pool and hot tub areas looking outdated and unkempt. It could use an overall refresh to match the beautiful surroundings.

Canny views of the lake and mountains from me room, absolutely stunning! Staff were proper friendly and made us feel right at home. Just wish the bathroom was a tad bigger, but overall, a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend it, like.

The pool was closed without notice!!! The dingy hot tub area seriously needs a makeover!!! Cleanliness seems to be a low priority – dirty tables and unclean glasses were left unattended for days!!! A little more attention to detail would go a long way!!!

The staff were super helpful with local tips. and I loved the pet-friendly vibe! Plus, really nice parking options, which made exploring the area a breeze. Also, the breakfast offered some delicious fresh waffles!
