We were delighted by the comfortable and well-maintained rooms at Rako Hananoi. The traditional tatami rooms provided an authentic Japanese experience. The highlight was the amazing onsen, perfect for relaxation. The availability of individual dining rooms made it easy for families with small children to enjoy meals together. The view of Suwa Lake, especially during the summer fireworks, was breathtaking. Despite the language barrier, the friendly and professional staff ensured that we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is a great choice to spend New Year's eve in. the mountain view from the room was breathtaking. the thermal baths were unique and relaxing, and the variety of indoor and outdoor pools added to the overall experience. the Japanese breakfast was delicious and offered regional specialties. the complimentary shuttle to and from the train station was convenient and prompt.

The location is a bit inconvenient and requires some travel for sightseeing. the hotel is situated on a noisy main road, which could be a distraction.
