The Onsen was excellent, offering a relaxing experience. The location had a beautiful ocean view and easy beach access. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-decorated. The helpful staff provided plenty of free parking. The lobby's shoeless policy was a unique and comfortable touch.

I recently stayed at the Rex Hotel in Beppu for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They even assisted us in making dinner reservations for our large group. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with a big and modern outdoor onsen that provided a relaxing experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy my taste buds.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel we booked for New Year's Eve was new and clean, with a great location near a nice jogging track and small beach right outside the door. the room and bathroom were massive and came with provided pajamas, which was a fun touch. the views of the bay were fantastic, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The shoe-free policy was a major inconvenience. We had to take our shoes off at the front door, leave them in a locker, and walk around in socks or bare feet, which was uncomfortable and unhygienic.
