The hotel offered a fantastic breakfast buffet with a free coffee machine that really brightened my mornings!

The hotel's layout can be confusing to navigate initially. it took us a while to figure out how to access certain areas.

I was disappointed with the initial room's cleanliness, as the carpets were filthy and overall it felt unkempt. After requesting a room change, the next one was slightly better, but I expected higher standards. Additionally, the delay in getting my room ready at check-in was frustrating. I felt disregarded when a senior staff member stated they were not obliged to meet the check-in time, which added to my discomfort during the stay.

they really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We also appreciated the plentiful dining options nearby, along with the cleanliness of the room. Just a heads-up—if you're using Asakusa Station, the closest metro line requires a 10-minute walk.

Absolutely loved the location—just a stone's throw from Sensoji Temple! The spacious superior twin room was perfect for our family. With shops, restaurants, and a 24-hour Don-Quijote nearby, everything we needed was within reach. Friendly staff and great amenities made our stay memorable. We'll definitely return!

Just a solid selection for a date night in Tokyo with reasonable value. The room had great lighting for reading anywhere, making it cozy. Find your way around the hotel’s layout when you arrive to ease navigating later.

Spectacular views to enjoy while unwinding in the soothing bath facilities, and the convenient proximity to traditional dining spots and iconic landmarks creates a truly relaxing atmosphere.

This place was perfect for our trip! The amazing views from the 13th floor really blew me away, watching the contrast of the Tokyo Skytree and the Sensoji Temple nearby made it special for us. Plus, the staff were super friendly and even offered a free drink coupon at check-in, which was a nice touch!

this hotel was really amazin! super clean rooms and friendly staff made our stay special. loved that there were so many shops and places to eat nearby, we were never bored! the view of the sensoji temple from our room was just breathtaking at night. and the free mobile phone they provided was really helpful for navigating around tokyo!

Additionally, while there was a laundry service available, the self-service machines could have been better maintained.

the location is pretty neat, just outside the bustling areas but surrounded by eateries, shops, and close to cultural experiences like the Sensoji shrine. the staff really knows their stuff about local activities, always welcoming with smiles! ! the breakfast is amazing, offering a mix of japanese and european flavors that made our mornings. hands down, the best breakfast we've had while traveling.
