The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance from the train station. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for multiple people. I also appreciated the convenience of the locker room for storing luggage during the day.

The breakfast was a bit pricey and didn't have enough variety for a long stay. there was an issue with a special request that had been discussed multiple times prior to arrival, but was not fulfilled properly.

The hotel's location was convenient, being near the station and a mall. The tasteful design of our spacious room and the comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. The extra bed added did not compromise the room's space. The service was top-notch, with the staff accommodating our split reservations. The onsen and friendly staff were also standout features. a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Rihga Gran in Kyoto. The hotel's convenient location near the train station made it easy for me to explore the city. I also appreciated the option to use the public bath on the fourth floor and the self-service laundries. The communal bath within the hotel was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

It would have been nice to have hooks or a clothesline in the bathroom for hanging up towels and clothes. Additionally, the room could have been cleaner, as I found some hair in the bathroom and on the floor from the previous guest.
