I faced multiple issues during my stay that were frustrating. The first room I received was dark due to a broken light, and the staff insisted that it was normal. After some complaints, I was temporarily moved to a different room, only to find that it cost more, and when I returned, the light was fixed, which made my initial decision feel pointless. Additionally, cleanup was subpar, with dusty surfaces and some areas feeling neglected. All of these issues trampled on what should have been a relaxing visit.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Breakfast, though limited, included delightful options that fueled my days of exploring. Plus, the hotel’s location is phenomenal—just a short stroll to fantastic restaurants and shops.

My room was really small, which felt cramped at times. The decor is showing its age. it could definitely use a facelift. It was a bit noisy from the traffic outside, which occasionally interrupted my sleep.

Room sizes are painfully small!!! The bathroom door is uncomfortably low, making it awkward for taller guests!!! An actual table to place suitcases would be nice!!! Some basic cutlery and plates should be a standard offer!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as it was conveniently located near popular attractions like Roppongi Hills and various restaurants, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had an impressive espresso machine that added a nice touch to my mornings. Plus, the buffet breakfast offered a great range of options for all tastes.

this hotel is super cozy with great vibes! loved the big comfy beds and the cool view of the tokyo skyline. the staff were really friendly and always ready to help with anything. having a kitchen to make my own food was a lifesaver during my long stay. also, the free wifi was fast and reliable, which was awesome!

the breakfast could use more choices, and it was kinda noisy at times from outside traffic.

stayed at roppongi hotel s and it was super comfy! the staff was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to good restaurants and shops. my room had a small kitchen, which was a huge plus for making snacks. also, the free drink and little treats they gave me on arrival were such a nice touch. breakfast was tasty and had enough options to fill you up for the day!

only issues were that the elevator could be tricky to find and the entrance had a few steps, which wasn't great for people with strollers. sometimes it got a bit noisy from outside traffic too.
