Despite the drawbacks, the hotel had its positives. the staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in making dinner reservations and always welcoming us with a warm smile. Secondly, the location was ideal, surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants. Lastly, the hotel had a nice ambiance, with a lovely smell at the reception and a different complimentary tea provided every day.

The room was smaller than anticipated, which made it difficult to do any yoga. Additionally, the bathroom was cramped and the water kept overflowing onto the floor, making it constantly wet and inconvenient.

Additionally, it is conveniently situated close to Roppongi hills, in a quiet area, yet still close to everything. The rooms are nicely laid out and clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is considerate and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is very good and provides a nice start to the day. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and has a friendly atmosphere.

The only drawback is that the food at the buffet might lack quality.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! the view of the city was stunning, and we got free drinks when we arrived, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to multiple train stations and great restaurants. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when it came to navigating our way around the area. A real plus point was the comfy bed, making for a peaceful night's sleep.
