The hotel is conveniently located near the Nana BTS station, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, so finding a place to eat is never a problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The room service can be a bit difficult to reach at times.

As a young family, we loved the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and the big swimming pool with a bar. The lively nightlife nearby was also a plus.

mercure really impressed us during our summer holiday in bangkok. the spacious rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast buffet made our stay memorable. the location was perfect, close to the skyline, shopping mall, and plenty of local eateries.

Uncomfortable bed.

We had a short 2 nights stay at Mercure and were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bedroom and great location. The hotel is walking distance to the BTS station, restaurants, and shopping centers. Special shout out to Top at the concierge for securing a metered taxi and Nick at the reception for their outstanding hospitality and complimentary late check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay. This place is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach everything we wanted. We loved the superb service of the staff who were always quick to reply to our requests. The rooms are equipped with everything we could wish for, including mini-bar and free Wi-Fi, and it was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed all the leisure services, including the swimming pool, sun loungers, and beauty treatments. The dining restaurant was also excellent, and we were spoilt for choice every morning with the buffet breakfast.

We highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants to stay in a wonderful hotel with great amenities and service that will exceed your expectations.

We have stayed at this hotel twice and will definitely return in the future. the location is excellent, just 30 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of Nana BTS station. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including a bar street, convenient store, and a 24-hour cafe. One of the best nightclubs, Insanity, is right across the street. the hotel rooms are cozy and equipped with everything we needed, including a safe box, TV, rain shower head, and bathtub. the staff, especially Adison at the concierge, were extremely helpful and even assisted us in calling the airlines when our flight was rescheduled. we had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was scrumptious and free Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. the hotel's location was prime, with several bars and restaurants within walking distance. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep.

One staff member was not very accommodating and seemed to have a negative attitude towards guests. This soured our overall experience.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is close to all attractions and is in a good area. With its prime location in the buzzing area of Nana, there is always something happening nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a large flatscreen TV and good signal. The hotel also offers an executive lounge for loyal customers, an ok swimming pool, and a gym. The breakfast at the ALEX restaurant provides all the necessary essentials to start your day.

One negative aspect is the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although the breakfast wasn't great, we were impressed with the coffee. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom light, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Mercure.
