The area surrounding the hotel was peaceful and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. The proximity to the train station made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel also offered laundry facilities, a bonus for longer stays. One drawback was that the hotel's shuttle service only ran to Universal Studios, it would have been helpful if there was a shuttle to Namba station as well. Additionally, breakfast was advertised as "western style" but no forks were provided. I had a pleasant experience at Sakishima Cosmo Tower Hotel and would recommend it.

During my recent business trip, I found the hotel to have convenient laundry facilities and a great location near restaurants and shopping. It was also conveniently located close to the train station and easy to get around.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. The elevators and hallways were often dirty and the soundproofing was non-existent, making it difficult to work or rest due to the constant noise from families and children.

Furthermore, the service at this establishment is top-notch, with 24-hour room service ensuring that all my needs were met at any time of the day. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time here. Additionally, the presence of shops and commercial services nearby was incredibly convenient, ensuring that I had everything I needed right at my fingertips.
