Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Rooms had noise issues from outside.

Stayed at Holiday Inn and had a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We loved the breakfast buffet and the convenience of nearby amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had, with a great variety of options. the indoor pool and lounge area had a nice atmosphere. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

The outside area was not very inviting. Parking was an issue with big rig trucks taking up close spaces.

This hotel in the mountains was a great place to stay. The service and staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms on the upper level were comfortable with double beds. The attention to detail and value for money made it a great deal.

I recently stayed in a hotel with my family and I must say that this place provided an extraordinary experience! We loved the location of the hotel, which was quiet and nestled in the mountains. The service here was impeccable- the housekeeping was great and the staff was always courteous and helpful. The pool was amazing and the terrace offered breathtaking views! The room amenities exceeded our expectation- from the tea and coffee facilities to the ironing facilities to the flat-screen TV with cable/satellite channels.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone overall!

The pool and hot tub were perfect for our 6-year-old grandchild and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. We also loved the comfortable room and the convenience of having a Keurig coffee maker in the morning.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel and we honestly have nothing to complain about.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn in Asheville was fantastic! I was traveling for leisure and stayed for two nights. The location was convenient, just off the interstate highway. The lobby and room were beautifully decorated, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast area was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff, especially the women working at breakfast, were helpful and cheerful, making my mornings enjoyable. I also want to give a special shoutout to Maria from the grill/bar, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. She even remembered our drink order and brought snacks for my baby. The staff as a whole was professional, friendly, and attentive. a perfect stay!

The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and the center of all the sightseeing attractions.

The coffee was great and that's about it. the location was convenient since it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Plus, there were two free items that were not bad, but nothing out of this world. We got two free water bottles and a pen!

The price we paid for the hotel was unreasonably high, especially for the poor quality of the room and service. the room was extremely small and not up to par with the price we paid.
