We easily accessed the subway stations and enjoyed exploring the shopping areas in Shinjuku. The room was clean, well-designed, and had modern facilities like a big LED TV. The bathroom was spacious, with a separate toilet and shower area. the self-check-in system provided a high level of security, giving us peace of mind during our stay.

The room could be a bit noisy at times, as we could hear some traffic noise from the road and other guests arriving.

Outside the bedroom, there is a balcony. the staff was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check-in early and providing useful information about the area. the hotel's location is convenient, with a subway station and various shops and cafes within walking distance.

There is no staff available to leave baggage before check-in. the bed was bumpy, and you could feel it when the person next to you moved.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic gem in Shinjuku. The accommodation at Sakura Cross Hotel Shinjuku East was truly exceptional. From the moment I entered the room, I was blown away by the attention to detail and comfort. The private terrace with sunbeds and sakura cups offered a picturesque view of Tokyo rooftops. The spacious bathroom with a bath tub was a great place to unwind, and the comfy bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep. I also felt incredibly lucky to have a small shrine located under the hotel. I can confidently say that this was one of the best accommodations I've experienced in Japan.
