I had a fantastic stay at Sakura Cross Hotel Tokyo Kayabacho! The location was perfect, with easy access to Tokyo station and the bustling Ginza district. The room was spacious and clean, a rare find in Tokyo. I especially loved the small balcony and large windows. The hotel was quiet and the area felt safe. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo.

The room was spacious, with two double beds and a clever bunk, as well as seating. It had sufficient space for many suitcases. the amenities were hidden away behind a panelled wall, making it aesthetically pleasing.

The location wasn't close to a JR station and didn't offer many dining options, mostly ramen. the bunk bed design lacked a handle, which made it challenging for kids to climb up and down as they didn't have anything to hold on to maintain balance.
