We stayed at a hotel in the mountains of Fukushima Prefecture, and the location was absolutely breathtaking. Situated in the most beautiful area I have been to in Japan, the views were stunning. Our room was tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view from the window. The staff were kind and professional, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The omakase dinner left a lot to be desired for the price.

The food was good and the views were nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the hot springs and the pool, especially during Christmas when it was snowing outside. The prices were also reasonable.

The room was too cold despite the winter coats and the yukata's provided. The internet was unstable, which made it difficult to stay connected.
