The location of the guesthouse is extremely convenient, being close to both the bus station and the monorail from the airport. The common space is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for socializing and relaxation. the capsule rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bedding and pillows. The fact that guests are required to remove their shoes before entering the common areas adds a nice touch of cleanliness and regard for hygiene.

The noise levels at night can sometimes be disruptive, with the potential for guests to be inconsiderate and disturb others who are trying to sleep.

I recently stayed at Santiago Guesthouse and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus terminal and monorail station. The facilities were spotlessly clean and the showers were super powerful. I loved the traditional Japanese design of the communal area, which provided a great space to interact with other travelers. The convenience of having FamilyMart and Lawson nearby, as well as a lovely restaurant across the street, was a plus. The option to use the laundry room and kitchen was also very convenient. I cannot stress enough how clean and well-maintained this place is.

We had a fantastic experience at Santiago Guesthouse! the check-in procedure was smooth, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of tips and efficiently answered all of our queries. the hostel is located in a great area near City Hall, and although it's about 20 minutes away from the main shopping and eating district, we actually preferred the quieter atmosphere. the lounge area was spacious, tidy, and had a great selection of books and manga. the kitchen had everything we needed, and the free coffee was a nice touch. the dorms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms and toilets were spotless. we highly recommend Santiago Guesthouse for a wonderful stay in Naha.
