I had a truly wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for my family of four. We had ample room to open our luggage bags, which was a pleasant change from the cramped quarters of other hotels. The separate toilet, wash area, and bathroom were a great convenience for all of us. The hotel's location was fantastic, with convenience stores just a short distance away. The nearby subway station and trams made exploring the city a breeze. We also chose this hotel because of the added benefit of the Hokkaido resortliner bus conveniently picking us up right at the hotel's doorstep, making our journey to Niseko ski resort seamless.

This hotel is exceptional and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently stayed at the Sapporo Excel Hotel Tokyu and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing ample space for me and my family. The hotel's convenient location near the subway made it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the free shuttle service to and from Sapporo station was a great convenience. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, offering both a western buffet and a Japanese set menu. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and delicious breakfast options.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the city skyline. The location was perfect, just a short walk from public transportation and great dining options. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and offer suggestions for things to do in the area.

The decor was a bit outdated, which took away from the romantic ambiance that we were hoping for. the noise from the water pipes and neighboring rooms was a bit distracting, making it hard to fully relax in the room.
