As adventurous travelers, we loved the central location of this hotel. With direct access to the underground mall network, we could easily explore the city and even walk to Sapporo JR rail station and Odori Park. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The hotel staff were exceptional, offering instant service and going above and beyond to assist us with any requests. The great coffee maker and reliable Wi-Fi were also highly appreciated.

The underground passage made it especially easy to get to the train station and other subway stations quickly. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was luxurious with great amenities. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking!

That the hotel's bar and lounge area was not as large as I had hoped, and was slightly crowded during peak hours. the location advantages of the hotel more than made up for it, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.
