As adventurous travelers, we loved the central location of this hotel. With direct access to the underground mall network, we could easily explore the city and even walk to Sapporo JR rail station and Odori Park. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The hotel staff were exceptional, offering instant service and going above and beyond to assist us with any requests. The great coffee maker and reliable Wi-Fi were also highly appreciated.

We felt incredibly well taken care of during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel's location is perfect: connected to the train station and the underground shopping area. This saved us a lot of time and effort when going out. Plus, the two complimentary drink vouchers we received were a nice surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable too, equipped with all the necessary amenities we needed. Best aspects: Great location, two complimentary drinks vouchers, and comfortable room.

Having to walk a bit longer to get to the train station, especially when carrying a lot of luggage. Worst aspects: Slightly lengthy walk to JR station.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was perfect for getting around the city easily. We were just a short walk from restaurants, a shopping area, and tourist attractions. The underground passage made it especially easy to get to the train station and other subway stations quickly. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was luxurious with great amenities. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Plus, the view from our room was breathtaking!

There was a minor setback as a few staff members had trouble communicating in English.

I recently stayed at a beautiful 5-star hotel in Sapporo and had a luxurious experience. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to make sure my every need was met. The room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private sauna and beautiful garden area. The restaurant served an excellent in-room breakfast that exceeded my expectations.

That the hotel's bar and lounge area was not as large as I had hoped, and was slightly crowded during peak hours. However, the location advantages of the hotel more than made up for it, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.
