As adventurous travelers, we loved the central location of this hotel. With direct access to the underground mall network, we could easily explore the city and even walk to Sapporo JR rail station and Odori Park. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The hotel staff were exceptional, offering instant service and going above and beyond to assist us with any requests. The great coffee maker and reliable Wi-Fi were also highly appreciated.

The hotel's location is perfect: connected to the train station and the underground shopping area. This saved us a lot of time and effort when going out. The room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private sauna and beautiful garden area. The restaurant served an excellent in-room breakfast that exceeded my expectations.

That the hotel's bar and lounge area was not as large as I had hoped, and was slightly crowded during peak hours. However, the location advantages of the hotel more than made up for it, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options.
