Liked the newly updated and spacious rooms, as well as the good hot breakfast served until 10am. Convenient location with restaurants, grocery, shopping, and gasoline close by.

Disliked the slow elevator at times to the 3rd floor, and the impractical barn door to the bathroom & closet. the slides were too noisy to shut when up in the middle of the night.

Staff fantastic, manager and front desk gal awesome, joke and have fun, Logan in housekeeping fantastic.

The hotel location was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offered great internet access, which was important for staying connected with family and friends during the holiday season. Another advantage we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more pleasant.

One of the negative aspects was the lack of a comfortable desk chair in our room. the chair provided did not have proper lumbar support and was not designed for working in.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were greeted with warm cookies and refreshing mint water upon arrival. the room on the 4th floor was quiet and clean, with modern amenities. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including make, your, own waffles, omelets. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby restaurants and it felt safe.

Our room was not what we had initially requested. We were given a king room with a pull, out couch instead of a double queen room.

The hotel had a gorgeous remodel, which made me smile as soon as I walked in. the bathroom in my room was amazing, with smart design choices that made it feel luxurious. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

There were a few negatives during my stay. One design flaw I noticed was that the faucet on the sink was too long, which made it a bit inconvenient to use.

The pool area and workout facilities were great, and the lobby was a nice place to gather. the staff's outstanding attitude and friendliness, along with the clean rooms and amenities, make me strongly consider coming back.
