Excellent Location and Wonderful Service

the daily breakfast and open snack bar were delightful surprises, adding a special touch to our experience. the only drawback was the unusual bathroom setup in the room which might not appeal to everyone.

At a warm welcome, staff offered a hot drink. Setre Naramachi suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and cozy rooms. I return for city breaks, appreciating amenities like flat-screen TV, luggage storage, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Our stay at Setre Naramachi was for leisure, and we spent three nights there. the location near the park was perfect for exploring. the minimalist design exuded serene vibes throughout the hotel. the attentive staff provided exceptional service, and the complimentary breakfast and all-day drink bar were delightful surprises. the free snacks in the lounge added a nice touch to our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The interior design was simply yet elegant, creating a lovely atmosphere. The spacious room exceeded our expectations for Japan. The Japanese-style breakfast offered a wide range of buffet choices, all deliciously prepared. The hotel's proximity to the pond added to the serene ambiance. With less than a ten-minute walk to Kintetsu Nara station, it was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its exquisite luxurious amenities that catered to my every need. the service staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. the Sun terrace and Garden area were the perfect places to unwind and take in the surrounding beauty. the stylishly-appointed room offered exclusive advantages that made me feel like royalty.

The only minor flaw was the limited food selection. this is easily overlooked with the variety of other fantastic dining options nearby.

This hotel offers a unique experience with its interesting and cozy decor. It has a convenient location, being only a few steps away from the main tourist attractions in the area. the staff are very accommodating and helpful, doing their best to understand and communicate with guests. the breakfast is served in a cute lunch box with a side buffet and there are some interesting local dishes to try.

Although the room was not too small, it was a little cramped due to the futon beds taking up a lot of space. the toilets had all sorts of buttons and instructions were only written in Japanese which can be confusing for non-Japanese speakers.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, just a short walk away. You can also enjoy the beautiful view of the pond right by the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good lighting and a sitting area. The staff provides friendly and attentive service. In the morning, you can start your day with a delicious breakfast, and there is even an open snack and drink bar in the afternoons.

The communication can be a bit challenging as the staff may have difficulty speaking English.
