The hotel offers great value for money with spacious and clean rooms. The convenient location, just a short walk from the shuttle station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat, allows guests to easily take advantage of the free shuttle buses to the nearby ski resorts in the valley. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

All was well, no major issues.

The service at Shakespeare Hotel was outstanding! We couldn't believe how attentive and helpful the staff were. We had a small issue with the room, but Olivia went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She even provided us with a blanket to cover the uncomfortable twin beds. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of eateries and a convenience store nearby. The room itself was spacious and much larger than expected. We were so grateful for Olivia and the rest of the staff for making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is close to the bus stop, allowing easy access to the free shuttle buses that take you to the slopes. Situated in the centre of Echoland, there are many nearby restaurants, cafes, and rental shops for your convenience. Additionally, guests can enjoy tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 and take part in yoga classes. The hotel also offers a dry room for storing ski gear, ensuring a hassle-free skiing experience.

There were isolated incidents of noisy and disruptive guests during certain nights, which impacted the overall peace and quiet of the hotel.

The hotel was well-equipped with everything needed for a ski vacation, including a drying room and gear rental resources. the location was great, with plenty of restaurant choices to turn left or right. the shuttle bus stop was just meters away, making getting to the ski resorts in the valley a breeze.

The rooms were on the small side and weren't very clean. the staff, while friendly, were not always knowledgeable about the area and its amenities.
