My experience was severely marred by the reception staff’s robotic demeanor during check-in and checkout. While the restaurant staff were warm and welcoming, the receptionists' lack of friendliness left a sour note on my stay. The absence of any personal touch or hospitality at the front desk was just disappointing. How can a hotel pride itself in luxury without a human connection?

I enjoyed my two-night stay in a city view Deluxe King Room. The location was only a two-minute walk to the station, making it convenient for sightseeing. Spacious and clean accommodations made my visit pleasant. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable experience! 😊

The location is mega convenient, just a short walk to the train station. Loving the breakfast options—proper variety! Even scored a city view from my room, which was a lekker surprise! The staff were super chill and went out of their way to help me settle in. Proper service, my bru!

Only wish the lifts could handle the morning rush better—bit of a wait at times. Not a major issue, but ag man, could be smoother!

the location was fab! right next to the train station and all the shops and eateries. Staff were super friendly and really helpful. they even forwarded my lost shirt to our next hotel. breakfast had a great spread!

only wish the wait service at the restaurant was a bit better! 😅
