Great location right next to the train station and a covered walkway for easy access. The room was clean and spacious, much bigger than typical Japanese hotels. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

The prices for drinks at the hotel bar were ridiculously high. there was a fee to use the pool, which I found strange and unnecessary.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside the train station, making it easy to access. There is a beautiful park and shrine within walking distance, and the front desk offers bike rentals. The club level provides a gorgeous view, comfortable rooms, and a lounge with breakfast, tea times, and cocktail hour. The spa is wonderful and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.

My friend and I had an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous, providing us with a warm welcome. The bed was super comfortable, allowing us to rest well during our stay. We also enjoyed the perfect swimming pool facilities, which were great for unwinding. The hotel's teppanyaki restaurant had excellent service and food, making it one of the best restaurants we experienced in Japan. The staff even kindly upgraded us to a room with a corner view, making our stay even more memorable. this was our favorite hotel during our trip.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was extremely convenient for those traveling by car. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city and get around to other attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and a cozy bed. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast options were great, with fresh fruit and delicious omelettes made to order. it was a fantastic hotel that provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

One minor downside was the cost of drinks at the hotel. Some of my fellow travelers found that the prices were a bit steep, especially for a simple cup of coffee.

stayed at a hotel in Hiroshima for a previous trip and Sheraton blew me away this time. Efficient and attentive staff, clean and spacious room, great location for transportation and sightseeing. Excellent breakfast options. Can't recommend enough!

restaurant reservations were a hassle

The hotel's location is very convenient as it is near the train station and easy to find. The staff are polite and ready to help, we were able to store our luggage before check-in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We found it difficult to find nearby restaurants that cater to vegetarians. some of the nearby restaurants allowed smoking, which was an issue for us.

During our stay at Sheraton, we were amazed by the well-maintained hotel rooms and the wonderful service provided. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room and the upkeep of the furnishings were truly commendable.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the wait time for the a la carte breakfast at the in-house restaurant. I opted out of the $32 per person buffet and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my food to come out.
