The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a minute walk to the Disney Monorail and close to the Tokyo Disneyland. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel served an outstanding dinner, definitely a highlight of our weekend stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel had a great atmosphere and the Disney touches throughout were a fun addition.

Additionally, we were told to take our own luggage to the room, while we saw other guests having their luggage taken for them. This was frustrating, especially considering we were traveling with young children and elderly parents.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel provided an extra single bed for us, which was great. The location was perfect for our visit to Disneyland and Disney Sea, as it was only one station away. There was a shuttle bus that took us to the Disney Line train station every 5-8 minutes, which was very convenient. We also loved the coin-operated washing machine and dryer at the Oasis building, where our kids enjoyed playing arcade games. The water fountain at the back of the hotel was a nice touch too.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Disney monorail, making it extremely convenient for visiting the Disney parks. The buffet at the Grand cafe was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious food options for breakfast and dinner. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic playroom for kids, a free indoor swimming pool, and even an arcade. The spacious rooms were ideal for my family, and we appreciated the English movie channels on the TV. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us arrange a visit to the doctor and ensuring we received our son's glasses that we had left behind.

Comfortable beds and a large bathroom that were well-maintained. Good range of facilities, including an indoor pool, crazy golf, and shopping arcade. Club floor access offered a very relaxing atmosphere. Excellent location for Disney Parks, and enjoyed the fantastic view of the fireworks from the park-facing rooms.

My room was very spacious and comfortable with a separate toilet and bath/shower. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel had a lovely buffet and room service was delicious. The location was convenient with easy access to the Disney parks. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

our recent stay in urayasu was amazing, but sheraton made it even better. their spacious rooms, comfy beds, and stunning views of disneyland and disneysea exceeded our expectations. the convenience of leaving our luggage with concierge at disney resort gateway was a game-changer.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that truly made my stay luxurious. The facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna and beauty treatments, were exceptional. The rooftop pool was a highlight of my experience, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service, and the restaurants and bar/lounge area served delicious menu options.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was the tardiness of the room service. Despite the delay, the quality of food and drink was unmatched.
