We had a fantastic time during our stay in this hotel. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants in the area and easy access to highways. It was also just a short 15-minute drive to downtown and other popular attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast available on weekends. The staff, particularly Kristine in housekeeping, was exceptional and provided great service throughout our stay.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Cleveland - South, I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's just a short drive from the downtown area. The staff I interacted with were all polite and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as parking in a lot across the street, it didn't significantly impact my stay. I understand that spaces may be taken by people going to the hotel bar, but it wasn't a major inconvenience for me.

Excellent location near freeway, national park, and shopping with ample parking. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was nice-looking. We had a minor issue with the pull-out bed linens, but the polite staff quickly resolved it. I'd recommend this hotel.
