We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient for catching trains out of Waterloo, making our business travel smooth and efficient. The hotel's breakfast arrangements were well organized, fully staffed, and offered plenty of food options. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was large, clean, and provided a nice environment to relax in. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating, making my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and two underground stations just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I requested a room on a higher floor and was delighted to find myself on the 6th floor with a stunning view of iconic landmarks like Parliament, Big Ben, and the London Eye. The room itself was excellent, as was the bathroom. The only minor downside was the lack of a small wardrobe, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Additionally, there were some great options for dining nearby, including the Masters Super Fish restaurant, where I had the best fish and chips in town, and the Bottle & Basket grocery store.
