We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton. The recently renovated rooms were on par with top-notch hotels we've stayed at in Tokyo. The club Lounge exceeded our expectations, and the buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Although we were taken aback by some anti-Gaijin attitudes from a few staff members, we understand that this might be a result of some inappropriate behavior by other foreigners. Nonetheless, we believe that the hotel management should address this issue. we highly recommend this hotel for its great value and amenities.

Worst aspects of my stay were the small rooms, which were typical for hotels in Japan. Additionally, there were some issues with the service, such as being charged extra for using the gym before checking into my room and being charged extra for breakfast when I arrived just before closing time.

Considering the higher class of clientele, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. The shuttle bus service to larger stations was also a great perk. a quality hotel with a Japanese twist.
