Convenient access from T4 terminal via a covered walkway.

My experience was quite overwhelming, especially upon arrival. The instructions for getting to the hotel from T3 were really confusing and left me struggling with my heavy luggage. It took me far too long, and once I arrived, I found the check-in process unnecessarily frustrating due to a computer system issue, which left us queuing outside in the cold.

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express with easy access to Heathrow's Terminal 4 via a covered walkway. The breakfast was definitely a highlight, featuring a wide selection to fuel my travels, and the bar staff were really friendly and helpful. Not to mention, the gym facilities impressed me with their size and quality.

However, navigating from the airport to the hotel was a bit tricky due to poor signage, which made dragging my suitcase a challenge. Plus, the limited food options during the evening made dinner planning a bit less convenient than I'd hoped.

The breakfast had a wonderful variety, making it an excellent start to the day before flying.

The only downside was the limited dining options nearby. it was challenging to find dinner without venturing too far.

The noise insulation could use serious attention!!! I could hear everything through connecting doors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was horrendous during my stay and made working impossible!!! Parking fees were quite steep!!! Bring your own snacks because late-night food options are limited!!!

The kids loved the easy access to the terminal and the free breakfast was a hit with our family. The arrival experience was smooth despite the late check-in, and we found the room to be spacious enough for us all. Super clean and cozy!

In my wife’s opinion, adding a kids' activity area would be great.

Had a great stay with friends! The hotel was super convenient with direct access to the terminal through a tunnel. Our rooms were spacious and had smart TVs, which was perfect for relaxing after our trips. We visited Windsor Castle and the British Museum, both were stunning! Don't miss the breakfast – it's tasty and starts early, which was a lifesaver for our flight.

The only downside was the parking fees, which seemed pretty steep at £51 a night for non-residents.

the location is super convenient, just a short walk to terminal 4. the breakfast was really good, with lots of choices that made it easy to fuel up before my flight. the staff were nice and helpful when i had questions. my room was clean and comfy, the bed felt great after a long trip. loved the free airport trolleys too!

but it was a letdown they couldn't do an early check-in for me, felt like a missed chance to relax after traveling. Also, the shower could have been better. it didn’t have much pressure, which was a bummer.
