Nothing could have been better.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance to both Shibuya station and the main area of Shibuya. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel provided a shuttle service from Shibuya station to Terminal 3 at Narita Airport, which made our journey back home hassle-free.

There were some minor issues with the hotel. The smell of smoke in the corridor was a bit unpleasant, although this could have been due to an isolated incident of someone breaking the rules.

I had a fantastic stay at Shibuya Creston! The reception desk staff was so welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. They even had a special key ceremony, which added a personal touch to the experience. The room was impeccably clean and had a relaxing music playing in the background. The amenities in the bathroom were top-notch, including high-quality shampoo and conditioner. I also appreciated the extra wrapped toothbrushes and combs provided. The location of the hotel was perfect, within close proximity to Yoyogi Park and Shinjuku Station. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff also recommended great places to eat in the area. I highly recommend Shibuya Creston for a superb stay!

I did notice that the hotel does not have key-card access for the rooms, so you have to leave your key at the front desk when you leave and pick it up when you return. While not a major inconvenience, it would be nice to have key-card access for added convenience.

We had an amazing romantic escape in Tokyo. The hotel was comfortable and clean with big enough beds to sleep and had a variety of breakfast options to choose from such as Japanese and Western style. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions to visit within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the convenience of a convenience store and an ATM across the street from the hotel.
