The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The staff was helpful and even accompanied us to the nearby convenience store. The hotel's location in the heart of Shibuya was convenient and yet peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. The bar on the 1st floor, TAP Room, was a great spot with good music and sake.

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't find anything to complain about.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. The room and bathroom were both clean and very nice, with comfortable beds that made for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of Shibuya, surrounded by restaurants and just a few minutes' walk from the famous Shibuya crossing.

I loved the location of this hotel, so close to everything in Shibuya. It was easy to explore and find my way back. Despite the language barrier, the staff was helpful and welcoming. The room had everything I needed, though the wallpaper was a bit quirky. I would recommend Shibuya Hotel En for its convenience and comfort.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to shopping streets, night clubs and almost everything we needed. We could easily walk to the nearby Starbucks and a host of other shops. During our stay, we had good service from the friendly staff. The breakfast was basic but satisfactory and helped us start our day.

The room size was cramped and not suited for travelers with large luggages.

Great location, within walking distance to Yoyogi Park and Harajuku Street. Delicious pastries at breakfast, rivaling those in France. Returning for two more nights at the end of our Japan trip. Comfortable rooms with clean and cozy beds. Helpful staff, even providing a fan when requested.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and subway. the room was clean and tidy, and the shower had various functions to help you relax. the breakfast, although simple, offered small pastries, coffee, and juice, which were a convenient and tasty way to start the day.

Some areas of the room were a bit dusty, and the room size was small, but that was expected. the entrance to the hotel was a bit difficult to find, especially with GPS acting up in the narrow alleys.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, with comfortable beds, spacious rooms , and excellent water pressure in the shower. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the JR station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us snacks on Christmas day. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Shibuya Hotel En. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk away from shopping, food, and the famous Shibuya scramble crossing. The staff were attentive and the check-in process was hassle-free. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel.
