I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Escazu for a quick 12-hour stay with my family. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even packing to-go breakfast/lunches for us since we had to leave early. The location was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and boutiques. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a self-contained kitchen and comfortable beds. The hotel also had a lovely terrace, outdoor pool, and well-equipped gym. a great place for both short and longer stays.

As young holiday goers, we loved the modern and clean facilities at the Residence Inn in Escazu. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal with great coffee shops and boutiques nearby. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, and the outdoor terrace was a wonderful spot to enjoy our meals. The room was spacious and quiet, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The gym had great equipment and was not too crowded, and we also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The free welcome drink was a nice touch.

We appreciated the convenience of having Walmart nearby as well. The breakfast provided was wonderful, offering a variety of Costa Rican and American dishes. We especially enjoyed the bacon, which was deliciously cooked.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is great, just off the highway and in a great area with several restaurants and a large mall within walking distance. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, providing quality service from grocery shopping service to wedding services. The room was equipped with several amenities such as air conditioning, ironing facilities, and a kitchenette.

We had a slight issue with the noise outside our room, but overall, we recommend this hotel to others.

We had a great stay at a newer property with a fantastic location. The wifi was good and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was well managed and the staff, especially Catalina at the front desk, was professional and very helpful. The property also had secure parking and was close to many restaurants. We appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks right next door. Despite the breakfast being bad, overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our romantic escape memorable. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the option to have breakfast on the terrace, which offered a beautiful view. the hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by charming coffee shops and boutiques, ideal for exploring during our getaway.

One downside was the lack of spa facilities on site. To access the spa, we had to leave the hotel and cross a busy highway, which was inconvenient.

The hotel is located in a great area surrounded by nice restaurants and just a short distance from Cine Imax and the Multiplaza shopping center. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the outdoor pool and gym, were well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and the service was exceptional. Esteban in the restaurant/bar deserves a special mention for his excellent and friendly service. Additionally, the hotel's location away from Cima hospital and with visible security outside provided a sense of peace and security during our stay.

Everything was spot on.

I recently stayed in a hotel in San Jose and I must say that I was impressed with my experience. the complementary breakfast was absolutely amazing with a variety of delicious options. the location of the hotel was also great, as we were able to walk around to many of the nearby shops and restaurants. One of the best things about our stay was that the hotel offered a complementary shuttle to a nearby shopping mall, which was very convenient.

One of the only things that I didn't like was that the swimming pool was quite small, and there was no bar near the pool to enjoy a drink. Other than that, everything else was great.
