The metro station is right outside, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-out. Had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, with a shopping complex right in the city center. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for, including complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. We even got an upgrade on our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The leisure facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center.

Special thanks to Shahir/Shahrin and the lady at the front desk for their exceptional service. The location is convenient for shopping and exploring, with everything you need just steps away. The Club Suite was beautifully decorated, and the amenities provided were luxurious. The meals and cocktails served in the executive lounge were of high quality. A shoutout to the Club Lounge team, especially Siti Hajar, Fauzi, Malar, Asyraf, and Norihan.

My stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities were superb, from the spa and wellness center to the sauna. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, with comfortable sun loungers and a garden area to relax in. The rooftop pool had a stunning view, surrounded by beach umbrellas, perfect for entertainment. The room was lavish, with a private Jacuzzi and other personalized facilities. The restaurant served Halal and Kosher food. In-room breakfast was delightful, and the bar/lounge area had a good selection of beverages.

I encountered a minor issue during check-in when the reception staff delayed in attending me, but this was resolved promptly and professionally.

Staff was nice and the room was clean, that's about it. The breakfast was mediocre but at least it was free. The location was pretty convenient since there was a mall nearby. Plus, they had a shuttle that took us to town.

The location was great, with the Monorail and rail station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options for all tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.
