The hot spring was fantastic and had an adjustable temperature. The beds were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at a ryokan in the Hakone hills. the room was spacious and clean, with enough space for our luggage. We loved the private onsen on the balcony, especially on the chilly nights. the hotel provided fresh towels, yukata, and toiletries daily, and the informative hotel information in the room was really helpful. the meals were a highlight, with delicious shabu shabu, sukiyaki, and other traditional dishes. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a private onsen in our room.

We had a wonderful stay at a tranquil ryokan with a private onsen pool in our room! the spacious and clean room easily fit our family of four, with room for our luggage. the hotel provided fresh towels, yukata, and toiletries daily. the informative hotel information file was useful for learning about the food and different onsens available. Although we didn't use the public onsens, they were well-equipped. the hot water flow in our private onsen was stable, and we even had a net to catch any insects that landed in the water. the meals at the hotel were delicious, with a variety of dishes to try. a great experience.

The private bath in our room was enjoyable, perfect to relax. the staffs were friendly and spoke good English. the location was near a bus stop and easy to reach after a 30 mins bus ride through beautiful mountain roads.

There was no elevator in the building, so carrying heavy luggage was a challenge, and the service could have been better overall.
