During my recent stay at Riad Kaiss, I had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service that previous guests have raved about. The staff members went above and beyond to cater to my needs and ensure that I had a memorable stay. From providing a local mobile phone for calling taxis to completing my passport card for the airport, their attention to detail was truly impressive. The riad itself was a true oasis in the bustling medina, with a beautifully manicured garden and gorgeously decorated rooms. The food was outstanding, from the refreshing mint tea to the delicious breakfast spread. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, like the lack of lunch or dinner at the riad and some noise from the courtyard or roadside rooms, my overall experience at Riad Kaiss By Anika was excellent. I highly recommend this riad for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Marrakech. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable stay.

I had a truly lovely stay at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and it really felt like a home from home. They even gave me a mobile phone to use during my stay. The location was perfect, just 8 minutes from the main square in the old town. The hotel facilities were great, including a small swimming pool to cool down on hot days. The breakfast was delicious and they brought it to me wherever I wanted. the staff, cleanliness, and location were the best aspects of my stay.

The location of the Riad Kaiss By Anika is down a narrow shop-lined alley, which provides a charming and authentic experience. The staff is very helpful and provides great recommendations on where to eat and which sights to see. The small pool is a perfect place to relax after a morning of sightseeing. On the last day, the reception organized a taxi to take me to the airport.

The only negative aspect is not mentioned in the reviews, but it would be helpful if the hotel had more information available about local transportation options.

The live entertainment and massage services added to the overall ambiance of relaxation. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The restaurant offered delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was a convenient option. The packed lunches were a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal for exploring the area.

While our stay at this hotel was nearly perfect, we did encounter one minor issue. The outdoor dining area could have been better maintained, as some of the furniture appeared worn. However, this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

What an amazing romantic escape! the staff were so welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. We loved the delicious breakfasts and refreshing watermelon juices, as well as the calm and relaxing atmosphere. the rooms were beautifully designed and the small pool was just perfect for a dip. Plus, the location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do.

Honestly, we can't think of anything negative to say about our experience. It was all just so wonderful!
