The hotel is located a short walk from Shinjuku station, with plenty of Children prohibited activities nearby. The rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable, and come with borrowed pajamas. The view from the sky bar is worth checking out. The staff is friendly and helpful, making it a great choice for families with 2 small kids.

I had an amazing stay here in the heart of a lively district with some questionable businesses. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the nearest metro station. The staff were fantastic and gave great service, especially when one staff member kindly helped us purchase baseball tickets at a nearby convenience store. In addition, the facilities were top-notch, such as the free in-room Wi-Fi and the comfortable sitting area in the room. The toiletries were also replenished daily.

Although the hotel could not accommodate my early check-in request, I still had a wonderful stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends due to its excellent location, great service, and top-notch amenities.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, close to everything on a short visit to Tokyo without a taxi. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean with comfortable bedding. The breakfast with wonderful views from the top floors is a must-try.

Conveniently located with nearby food and shopping options, the hotel has a cozy cafe and vending machines for snacks. The retro-themed room with a comfortable bathtub was a highlight, with a complimentary fridge and lounge access for wine in the evening. The nice rooftop bar/restaurant is worth checking out.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, with lively bars, restaurants, and the metro station within walking distance. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the service at the restaurant was exceptional.

We stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a slightly dodgy area of Shinjuku, but it turned out to be quite interesting. The hotel staff was very helpful, especially with assisting us in filling out our luggage forwarding forms. They even went above and beyond and bought baseball tickets for us. The room amenities were great, including the heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room also had a sitting area and a patio with a nice view of the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the restaurant and bar/lounge area were attentive and friendly. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a plus.

We couldn't accommodate our early check-in request, but other than that, this place was fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

During my recent stay at Granbell Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing their amazing rooftop bar with its breathtaking view. It was the perfect spot to start my Tokyo adventure. The hotel's trendy design and modern atmosphere definitely added to the excitement.

I stayed in the Triple Loft room, which, although small in terms of square footage, felt spacious due to the high ceilings. It comfortably accommodated a couple and a friend, even someone as tall as 6'3".

Great location near Shinjuku station and Golden Gai. Our room was compact but well-designed. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. The staff offered helpful recommendations for Tokyo sightseeing. a good value for the price. Recommended.

Some cab drivers may have a hard time locating the hotel, and there are pubs and clubs in the area that may make some travelers feel uncomfortable walking alone at night.

Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. the festive decorations were beautiful and added to the holiday spirit. the location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. Complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were served in the lobby, which was a nice touch. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable.

The room was on the smaller side and could have had more storage space for luggage.
