We loved the convenient location of this hotel, right in the heart of Shinjuku and close to subway and train stations. Being business travelers, it made our commute so much easier. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind, attentive, and polite. They went out of their way to help us, despite the language barrier, and even took the time to explain how to use the laundry in our room. The free coffee by the reception was a nice touch, and we enjoyed taking it back to our room. For a great price, we booked the suite on the 10th floor, which had spacious and well-appointed rooms, a kitchen, living room, and even a make-up room. The hotel provided robes, slippers, and fresh towels daily, making us feel comfortable and pampered. We also appreciated the complimentary umbrellas provided when it rained. Lastly, the internet connection was excellent, which was important for us as business travelers.
