Flora Chiado was an incredible place to stay during our time in Portugal. the attention to detail and luxury of the apartment were unmatched. the location was perfect, situated on a quiet street but just around the corner from an abundance of shops and restaurants. the staff, particularly Francisco, were extremely nice and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely choose Flora Chiado for our next visit to Lisbon.

One slight downside mentioned by a previous guest is that the apartment cannot be accessed directly by car. However, this is only a minor inconvenience and is well worth it for the prime location in the heart of the city.

Great location, close to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was modern and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast items provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I especially appreciated their assistance in setting up babysitting services so we could enjoy a night out.

There was a noise issue in one of the apartments due to a neighboring restaurant. The loud party music from below made it difficult to sleep at night, despite our complaints to the staff.

The attention to detail, such as the slippers and dressing gowns, made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious 5-star hotel.

There was a lingering smell in one of the bedrooms that the hotel tried to fix but was still noticeable during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Flora Chiado. the property was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early after our red eye flight. Liliana, the staff member, went above and beyond to help arrange airport transfer and even connected us with the driver when there was a communication issue. the check-in process was easy and the staff was friendly. the neighborhood was perfect, surrounded by amazing restaurants and nightlife. We appreciated the daily fresh croissants and the well-stocked kitchen. the staff provided excellent recommendations and spoke English fluently. the Wi-Fi and English TV were a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

the decoration of the apartment was cool and the place was exceptionally clean. the location was perfect, right in the heart of where we wanted to be in the city. the apartment was quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep for both us and our kids. the staff at reception was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel very welcome. On top of everything, it was my husband's 45th birthday and they surprised us with little cakes and a bottle of champagne. the attention to detail was outstanding. the room felt like our very own apartment in Lisbon, and the price we paid was unbeatable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
