i had an amazing stay at this riad during my recent trip to fes. the service exceeded my expectations, especially with the staff facilitating my transport needs and serving a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace with stunning views. it truly felt like a home away from home, and i can't wait to return.

Staying here was a delight! The beautifully decorated Sara Suite exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and comfort. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view, making breakfast truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful, even packing meals for my day trips. I can't recommend this experience enough!

i almost gave this place a decent review, but the air con was in the lounge, so forget sleeping cool. also, the shower is a flood zone, disgusting. where was my welcome gift or at least a complimentary drink to feel special? service is fine, but not for a place that claims to be ‘luxury’.

Waking up to the aroma of freshly baked bread was perfect. The spacious Zaina Suite left us in awe with its decor, and staff like Latifa made every moment feel special. We loved the rooftop terrace, where our mornings began with breathtaking views of the city.

The only downside was some noise from the entrance occasionally. The tour guide organized by the riad could’ve had a better grasp of Fes’s history, which put a slight damper on our explorations.

The hour-long cooking class with Latifa was a highlight—navigating the souk for fresh ingredients and enjoying the camaraderie of the experience made our stay unforgettable. Plus, the rooftop sunset view is something we will always cherish.

The breakfast was vast and tasty, served on a wonderful terrace with breathtaking views. staff made me feel like family, even arranging dinner when I arrived late and planning my trips.

Though the entrance was a bit noisy at times, and my ground floor room felt dim without brighter light options. some stairs are needed for the stunning views, which may not suit everyone.

The spacious Zaina Suite featured stunning decor and breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace, making each breakfast a memorable experience. Enjoying diverse meals was a highlight, especially the delicious canapes that were served during dinner. However, occasional noise from the entrance was a slight distraction, and there were moments when the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. Despite these minor issues, the warm and attentive service truly enhanced the experience, making us feel more at home.

The location, the unique architecture, the views from the terrace was simply breathtaking.

the staff provided a fantastic service, packing breakfast for us when we had early activities. the bathroom amenities were top-notch, especially the lait corporelle. our suite had beautiful design and big windows.

It was all perfect.

riad layla is a beautiful place with amazing rooms that are very nice and spacious. it’s just a short walk to the center, but surprisingly quiet. the highlight was the fantastic rooftop dinner they organized for us—it was delightful! don't miss the massage at the onsite spa, too!
