The hotel offered a great traditional Japanese experience, complete with traditional Japanese meals and a beautiful onsen. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation to nearby tourist spots. the staff were very polite and accommodating to our needs.

The lack of reliable wifi made it difficult to stay connected to work-related emails and documents, causing some inconvenience to our business trip.

The private outdoor bath in our Japanese-style room was a delightful surprise. We were able to relax and unwind in the warm water while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The traditional 10-course Japanese dinner was an unforgettable experience, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. Shoenso Hozugawatei provided a unique and authentic Japanese stay that we highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at this hotel in the outskirts of the city. The location was perfect, close to all the tourist spots, and we were especially thrilled to discover a beautifully made Japanese garden next to it. The room was comfortable with a cozy bathroom and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room and the facilities were well-maintained.

The shuttle schedule was a bit limited, which made commuting to other places a bit time-consuming at times.
